An idea that started on the frontlines.

Hölmetrics was created in 2016 to provide insight to individual users on their current risk of burnout and the visualize the trends and patterns in their whole health. In the fall through winter of 2016-2017 we partnered with Canadian Youth Workers Conference to launch an initial prototype to conference attendees at each of their six regional conferences. Through participation with CYWC, Holmetrics was showcased in front of thousands of youth workers across the country from Moncton, New Brunswick to Vancouver, British Columbia, having hundreds of conversations with people about their workplace experiences along the way. Holmetrics reached 130 subscribers to this first version, and the early feedback was critical in the development of future iterations of the product.
